This spectacularly colored African dwarf cichlid is native to the Niger Delta. They grow up to only be about 4". Their name is a give way with the amount of colors that these fish have on their bodies Often, they are not aggressive, just territorial. If given enough space and hiding, these fish can live with just about anything.
This fish is thought to be a hybrid between a convict and a parrot. They do not exhibit the behavior of either on normal terms. Just like with the rainbow kribs, these fish are not aggressive, just territorial, especially during breeding. These are one of the most interactive fish I have ever owned and they are great parents on top of it!
Peacocks are a genus of Cichlid found in Lake Malawi. They are best known for their brilliant colors making them perhabs the most popular cichlid in the hobby. The males get all the color where as the female are pretty much colorless. These fish are not super aggressive but definitely not community tank worthy.
